This is a special meeting with Steven Pifer, former Ambassador to Ukraine. He is currently the Director of the Arms Control and Non-Proliferation Initiative.
He is a Senior Fellow with the Center for 21st Century Security and Intelligence and the Center on the United States and Europe, Brookings Institution.
Forums are open to all in the Washington University and the Greater St. Louis community.
