Krystal Pollard
Krystal Pollard is an Academic and Administrative Coordinator, as well as the Graduate Program Assistant that supports the History Department. Her main duties include managing both undergraduate and graduate courses, faculty and graduate student support, communications, website management, and event planning. Krystal works closely with both the Director of Undergraduate Studies and the Director of Graduate Studies for History. She also works closely with department contacts in the Registrar Office, Finance, and the Office of Graduate Studies to help ensure smooth running of both programs.
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Krystal pursued a culinary degree at Le Cordon Bleu. She transitioned from the culinary field in 2016 after working at Disney World and Block Island, RI, and then took on roles in sales and administration. At Washington University, her previous position was Academic & Administrative coordinator for Children’s Studies, Medical Humanities, and A&S Computing.
